The Journey from Then to Now
I started my journey into sound at a young age. Beginning with a passionate interest in music that continues to this day. I began piano lessons at a young age and was first introduced to music production 20 years ago with early DAWs whilst at university. Since then I have been on a non stop quest to improve my own work and knowledge. Culminating in a Mastering mentorship with Blake le Grange (Grammy Winning Engineer of the New York based Mercury Studios)
Along the way I've had a chance to work with many great artists and develop my abilities through various courses and pursuits. Including a diploma from SAE in Electronic Music Production (teaching the course for 2 years afterwards), London's Hotwired course at Alchemea with Matt McKinley, music improvisation with Dweezil Zappa in Woodstock, New York. In 2013 I designed and built GoldLeafStudio in Brighton. Along the way I've learned to play guitar, build speakers, develop audio VST plugins, install high end car stereo, audiophile systems, DJ and teach.
